Job Title: Director Of Business Analyst

Job Summary:
My client is looking for a highly skilled Director of Business Analysis to join their team and drive data-driven decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the analysis of business operations and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Assess business performance and ensure operational goals are being met.
- Identify and mitigate operational and technical risks within the business.
- Run loss reports, efficiency reports, and financial reports periodically.
- Collaborate with cross-management and stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Conduct independent quality audits and establish KPIs.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create documentation for new business project proposals and use cases.
- Review and suggest improvements for system operations.
- Support managers with ad-hoc/daily analysis and research to evaluate and maximize team effectiveness.
- Communicate project guidelines between business, IT, and executive teams.
- Provide updates on project outcomes to clients or customers.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in business analysis and business operations or similar roles.
- Ability to present findings on complex topics, make recommendations, and implement opportunities for business improvement.
- Ability to document and apply business requirement guidelines to team projects.
- Proficiency in cross-team and client collaboration.
Salary: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / year
